How to pass a environment variable from bootload to /etc/profile
Hi,

My .build file has this settings.

[+script] .script = {
   SYSNAME=nto
   TERM=qansi-m
   TEST=1
   /proc/boot/sysinit
}

The "TEST" variable can be 1 or 0, depending on configuration.

I want the TEST variable to be exported as an environment variable and be present in /etc/profile. (export TEST=1 or 0 ,
 depending on the above setting)

Please suggest, how to do this.

regards,
Manas

I need to have the "TEST" variable as an Environment variable, which should be accessible to all programs. I simply cant
 keep it into /etc/profile as this value changes as per the IFS script.
