Does anyone know of any software/or know how to develop software to monitor general x86 PC health parameters in a QNX 
environment? e.g. fan speeds, temperatures.

In a Windows environment, there are various s/w utilities that can perform this function and I believe there is 
extensive support within the x86 hardware to facilitate this.
