Now We just conform about the setprogname function.

Is it called early than main() on QNX?



We got several information of the function.

It described that the function called early than main() function on NetBSD.


If called early same that as QNX and NetBSD both then It need to describe regular function and 
reconvert currently inline-macro-function to regular it.



Please let us know the information regarding its content.
