Steve Bergwerff
- Happy New Year
- We have a new co-op joining us this term -- David Joo.
- Scott Miller is temporarily joining the team as part of his kernel support training
- Important Trinity 2 dates to be aware of:
- M4 test review scheduled for Jan 14
- M5 build is scheduled for Jan 16
Brian Stecher
- Last week worked on some customer reported issues on Trinity2.
- This week:
- Working on Trinity2 PR 54559 SMP mapping issue.
- Working on Trinity2 PR 54546. One of the test machines only lets you login as root.
- Will be providing some kernel training this week to the support team.
Mike Kisel
- Working on solidifying Memory Partitioning for Trinity2. Re-implemented partition id. Working on tracing and some other pieces to get in before the next build.
Attilla Danko
- Prepping for a customer meeting on adaptive partitioning.
- Helping out on Memory Partitioning with code reviews and solutions for SMP mutual exclusion.
- Working on Trinity 2 PR 52847 for issues with one of the ppc boards.
Colin Burgess
- Working on Trinity 2 PR 54563. Customer reported issue with devctl call on SMP.
- Working on tiger team for getting a full head branch using the gcc 4.2.1 compiler.
- Will be focusing on getting some other Trinity 2 PRs completed for the next build.
- Will finish a merge of Trinity2 branches needed for a customer to continue testing.
Scott Miller
- Last week was spent working on a test case for wired TLB for Trinity2. Not complete yet.
- This week focusing on analysis of Trinity2 benchmark results.
Doug Bailey
- Last week resolved customer reported issue PR 54328 for a mutex lock issue.
- Working on Trinity2 PR 53696 and PR 52939 to fix two test case failures.
- Working on some experimental code for SH SMP
Shiv Nagarajan
- Working on two customer reported issues for Trinity 2.
- PR 53749 for a select() issue with telnet.
- PR 53750 for a reported crash triggered by a qnet test. Currently unable to reproduce it.
David Joo
- Getting up to speed, reading thru training material
- Started working on lint checking for Trinity2
