Has anyone made a Virtual Machine, with QNX as an OS, with VMware workstation and then tried to remote into it from 
another machine on the network.  I am receiving mouse control issues when using VNC as the remote server and client. Any
 suggestions?

So you are using VMware workstation and VNC.

My suggestion would be using VMware Server without VNC. Use a browser for accessing Virtual Machines remotely.
