Window size adjustment for QNX Windows 4.24 under VmWare

We're currently struggling to QWindows display size issue for graphics running QNX Windows 4.24 under VmWare.  We'd like
 to have a resolution of 1024x768. Has anyone got the VmWare tools for QNX Windows? We also need to get USB and printer 
port working as well. So much appreciated if anyone can help on this.
