Greetings everybody,
I tried installing one of the newer gdb versions for the momentics IDE 6.5, version5 on a windows hosts, as we are 
currently using gdb 6.8, which sometimes has problems attaching to an executable or stopping at breakpoints. However, 
none of the versions from 7.4revXXX to7.5rXXX works, the ntox86-gdb.exe while keeps quitting as follows:

The application was unable to start correctly (0x0000007b).

We are using Win 7 prof. 64bit as a development system. As mentioned above, 6.8 runs, but I would like to see a newer 
version running and am looking forward to getting help.
