What happened to GCC4.7.2?
Is it coming back? I like 4.7.1 but can't use it because of the broken ABI (which is fixed in 4.7.2).

Thanks,

Dave.

Yes, shortly. I noticed a minor packaging issue and I'm attempting to
post the updated packages but there's an issue with the foundry site at
the moment which is being investigated.

Awesome. I'm thrilled that QNX had been pretty much keeping pace with GCC (at least for compilers) lately. I'm also
using the latest GDB and IDE; I have pretty printing setup and working it is sweet!

Best regards,

Dave.

Indeed it's great but given that it is not officially release/supported it was value for a very limited number of people

Yes, that's only the case if you port also the binutils 2.22 or higher
to QNX 6.5. But that's just a minor issue ....

We use it to compile llvm (clang/cling) in order to use it for our
graphical development environment for real-time applications or for our
advanced Soft PLC DACHSview++.

DACHSview++ supports the usage of C/C++ code as executable code of
function blocks .... that means DACHSview++ is open "on the fly" for Qt,
Matlab, Simulink etc. code.
