The release notes for Momentics 6.3.2 has an complete list of what is included:

The quick explanation is that:
- CoreOS 6.3.2A is an upgrade to QNX 6.3.0.
- Momentics 6.3.2 is a full install which includes Core OS 6.3.2A, IDE 4.0.1, a bunch of TDKs and several fixes.

You have Momentics 6.3.2 install which means you have the CoreOS 6.3.2A update.
