Correction: My QNX SDP version is 6.4.1 and Momentics IDE version is 4.6

The toolchain is a part of Momentics not the Neutrino RTOS. Together
Momentics and Neutrino form the QNX Software Development Platform (SDP).
The self-hosted QNX 6.4.1 SDP will have the compiler.
