Build arping on QNX 6.3.2   
Hello! I try to build arping utility for 6.3.2, but not successful. It demands libnet and libpcap.

I have build Arping, Libnet and Libpcap from source code, but they not work..

Help me, please!

6.3.2 didn't ship with BPF support so libpcap won't work.  You may
have better luck on 6.4.1.
