Samba 3.5.8 on QNX 6.5

Has anyone successfully installed Samba 3.5.8 on a QNX 6.5.0 system?

I'm trying but I'm running in to issues with -lpthread and -lsocket when runing the ./configure, have these issued been 
encountered before? If someone can help with this that would be great.
