Hi, 

for the official 6.4.0 release will you provide "internal" header
files for Loadable Shared Modules (LSMs) or will we have to pick
them up from the networking source tree.  I am thinking of files like:

nw_thread.h and quiesce.h etc.

I see in the latest M8 release that they are not provided.  If
you don't provide them with the distribution will you provide a
tag or something in the svn tree so we can be sure we include the
correct versions of them?
