devc-serpci for PPC

Hi.

I have found a PCI serial driver on:
http://www.qnx.com/developers/docs/6.4.0/neutrino/utilities/d/devc-serpci.html

Targets:
ARMLE, PPCBE, SHLE, x86


but when I search devc-serpci, there is no binary in my target directory for PPCBE, am I missing anything?

I am trying to search for the source code for devc-serpci, but I can't find any, is this part of source open?
