When I use pfctl I see message:
No ALTQ suuport in kernel
ALTQ related functions disabled.

For information's sake, ALTQ is one of the features that are potentially on
the chopping block as we get closer to release (and running out of time).
We won't do anything to prevent it from working, but it may not be fully
verified (and marked as "experimental") when we release.
