I couldn't find anywhere in the wiki that mentioned the '-hc' variants. I thought the .use files would explain but they don't. Is "hc" ... "hardware compression"? I thought that would be a driver function, not a stack function.
Hi Dennis: The functionality built into the three stacks is specified here: http://community.qnx.com/sf/wiki/do/viewPage/projects.networking/wiki/HomePa ge The stack has to provide the appropriate API and infrastructure for the driver to connect in. That's where the hc variants come in. If no hardware driver is provided, the internal workings default to the software encryption. Thanks. As a suggestion, a link from "How do I use what I built?" on page http://community.qnx.com/sf/wiki/do/viewPage/projects. networking/wiki/Source_Guide back to the full wiki (as you provided) would be helpful!
Surprisingly enough, there is already a link that takes you back to the front wiki page (Close to the top, next to Project Admin). However, it certainly isn't obvious. I added a link at the bottom of the page as you suggested to make it easier.
