QNX installation isuue on DELL Optiplex380: Cannot attach mouse input report

Hi,

I have installed QNX on Dell Optiplex380. Upon boot up, i get the following error message
"hidd_report_attach failed(5)
Cannot attach mouse input report (error code 2). "

I have tried with some alternate keyboard and mouse. But still resulted in the same error.
Can anyone please support me to solve this issue?

More Information
Object IDs begin with an object prefix and end with a number. For example, if you enter
artf2345
the application will jump directly to an artifact with the ID artf2345. Some valid object prefixes are:
artf	for an artifact
doc	for a document
page	for a project page
topc	for a discussion topic
wiki	for a wiki page
