Hi,
It is not currently part of the core networking repository. I can query 
some folk here to see if they know why. You can probably go through the 
regular support channels to get the source though.

Putting the dhcpd source on foundry is on the todo list, but hasn't made 
it yet. Not sure how long it'll take so I suggest you go the support 
route for now...
