NS 83815   
I could not find devn-ns83815.so in QNX v6.4. It was supported in QNX 6.3.

For some reason this driver was dropped. The 6.3.2 driver will work
under 6.4.

io-net driver binaries should work with the
shim driver in io-pkt.
