We use QNX6.5.0 sp1 on OMAP-L138 based custom SOC. 

ifconfig and netstat stop responding when the SOC connected to a LAN with multiple devices. 

Pidin outputs - one of the threads of io-pkt-v4-hc is in nano sleep
io-pkt-v4-hc 21r NANOSLEEP

When the device is connected to a smaller network with a Couple of devices unit is observed to work without any issues.

The io-pkt driver is started using the following command 

io-pkt-v4-hc -d /lib/devnp-til1xx.so mac=010203040506 -ptcpip 


Is there any Known issue with the OMAP-L138 ethernet driver that I am not aware of?
