Forum Topic - Ethernet "TOE" (Checksum Offload) support with "devnp-e1000" driver ?: (4 Items)

Ethernet "TOE" (Checksum Offload) support with "devnp-e1000" driver ?
Hello,
can you tell me if the ethernet function "TOE" (Checksum Offload) is implemented with the ethernet driver "devnp-e1000.
so" (used with the INTEL "82583V" chipset "82574L" which have both functionality "checksum Offload ")?
Does options "tcp4csum, tcp4csum-rx-tx tcp4csum" command "ifconfig" correspond to the activation of the TOE?
Sincerely,
       Frédéric Achard

Hello,

Accuracy: The project does not use "NIC" but Intel Ethernet chipsets are directly managed by the CPU (Intel Atom N2600
AAON) on PCIe bus.

Sincerely,
       Frédéric Achard

According to the e1000 docs, not all hardware supports so you need to
check via ifconfig wmX (where X is the iface number). I copy the
documentation reference below:

Thank you, I'll do that.
