Required TTCP or iperf package for AT91sam9263 board

Hi All,

       I need ttcp or iperf package or binary for through put checking on Atheros WiFi card.
 
  Host :: AT91sam9263 board
  Target :: Atheros AR6003 WiFi Card 

Pls could anyone help...
