Hm ... I read that docs back and forward but didn't see any hints how to 
do it.

Yes, it is possible to add entries flagged as static, but I avoid 
changes by deamons and the kernel

What I need is a predifined statical routing table ... build at system 
startup.

Do you have any hints or pointers ?
