There was a big commit recently and the build was slightly
broken.  Make sure you update to the latest trunk.  The
building instructions are here:
http://community.qnx.com/sf/wiki/do/viewPage/projects.networking/wiki/Source_Guide

If you're still having problems please post specific errors.

As for the IDE, I'm sure it's possible but I've never done
it.
