MPC85xx Ethernet driver loading

Hi ,

Please clarify the following questions.
I have compiled the ethernet driver and get devnp-mpc85xx.so.

While loading i have used the following command 

1.slay io-pkt-v4-hc ( Slay the working mpc85xx driver )
2. io-pkt-v4-hc -d mpc85xx mac=000000000001 /home/tmp/devnp-mpc85xx.so

Whether the io-pkt will load my mpc85xx driver or the default mpc85xx driver along with OS image?

Please confirm.
