In the MME (1.2) documentation in the section:
QNX Aviage Multimedia Suite (MME)

There is a subsection on 'Customizing the sort order' in which it refers to installing and using the "library 
libqdb_cldr.so along with the files for language sorting included with your MME release".  I have been unable to find 
this library in my 1.2.0 installation:

          Package Name: QNX Aviage Multimedia Core
               Version: 1.2.0
                  Base:
          Installation Path: C:/QNX641

- Where can this 'libqdb_cldr.so' library be obtained?
- What other files does the phrase 'files for language sorting included with your MME release' refer to?

In general I'm interested in configuring sorting in a Japanese (UTF8) environment and what options are available by 
default without writing your own collation routine.  There are at least 3 ways sorting could be done in Japanese.
- Where can this information be found?
