io-audio shown mixer event could not be delievered

Hi 
I tried to write audio player and seeing following log always spew out while playback wav file. The pid 693739 is my 
audio application. Is it related to mixer event notification as http://www.qnx.com/developers/docs/qnxcar2/index.jsp?
topic=%2Fcom.qnx.doc.neutrino.audio%2Ftopic%2Fmixer_MixerEventNotification.html ? Thanks!

io_audio.577372 slog  0  Mixer event could not be delivered to pid 693739 because 300 messages are outstanding
