System Profiler and Filters
The new Filters View for System Profiler is realy great, except one thing ...
Have you tried to use Filters View with two (or more) visible Timeline Editors open (not stacked but side by side) ?
Filters View is showing the name of the kev it should apply too, but when I check or uncheck some processes the other
editors are also affected, which should not be the case.
This happens even when I lock the Filters View.
Further more the Timeline Editors are scrolling whenever you switch from one to the other, this very annoying.
This happens with all versions, also the new one 20090510

TIA

AW: System Profiler and Filters
-Start with 2 kevs open and visible
-both with no filters set
-go to first editor and open up filters -> Filter View is *not* locked
-then deselect all
what you will see then, is that all process/threads with same name/id
are also hidden in second editor

-now go to second editor and select Filters
-press select all
and you will see that within 1st editor some process/threads are shown again
even though I pressed deselect all in that ones filter settings

This not what I would expect.

Now go further and select some process/threads you ant to see
and then switch between the editors
-> you will see that the delselected editor is scrolling -> not very helpfull

/hp

Re: AW: System Profiler and Filters
A fix for this issue will be available in the next posted release of the IDE on Foundry27.
Re: AW: System Profiler and Filters
You mean IDE 4.7? Not IDE 4.6.1?

Re: AW: System Profiler and Filters
Yes, it will be available in IDE 4.7, not IDE 4.6.1.
