Help isn't working  
6.3.2 + 6.4.0 windows self hosted.

I went to product configuration and active the help because it was disable.

Now I can do a search for say recv, the search will give me results but when I click on a link the page is blank.

In the ProductConfiguration  I can see a red marker on "QNX Momentics QNX Momentics Documentation 1.0.0" and "QNX 
Momentics Standalone Photon Documentation 1.0.0"

The two red markers only show missing plugin from the feature but do not prevent the feature from loading.

Are you using 6.4.0 as your target baseline? You can check this by going to "Preferences -> QNX" look at the right side 
panel the "Select Install:" field.

If the search works but link is not, there could be some old indexes from your previous install. You can try flashing 
the doc indexes by removing (or renaming) this directory:

C:\Documents and Settings\<yourID>\momentics\4.5\configuration\org.eclipse.help.base\index

And enter the help again do a search to re-do the indexing.

Using 6.3.2 as target

That also explains why the doc in the configuration was disabled. If your baseline is 6.3.2 you are not supposed to use 
the 6.4.0 doc set.

For the 6.3.2 doc set, you can download it from our IDE wiki following the link 

http://community.qnx.com/sf/frs/do/downloadFile/projects.ide/frs.ide_integration_builds.ide_tau_i20080413/frs1574?dl=1

unzip the file to your %QNX_TARGET% (e.g. C:\QNX632\target\qnx6). You will need to enter the IDE software config panel 
to disable the 6.4.0 doc set and enable the 6.3.2 doc set.
