SVN IDE Tau on Photon
Will svn (SSL ) support be made available soon or is it a dead end?
Re: SVN IDE Tau on Photon
We are still working with our JVM supplier (Aonix) to add SSL support to Perc VM. We have tried using the Gnu Classpath
Project (GCP) implementation but it could not work for Neutrino. Now we are looking at the OpenJDK solution. No target
date yet since we had to start over again.
Re: SVN IDE Tau on Photon
Just to clarify - we are working on porting the security classes from OpenJDK to Perc VM to solve the lack of SSL
support issue. It's not a complete JVM port.

Ah too bad, I almost started a rumor about this ;-)

I was hopping for better performance and SWING compatibility. Because the way I see it, it's way too slow for serious
use.

I use a Penry Quad core running at 3.4 G and it's sluggish, sigh.
