Re: installing ide in neutrino
You can download the latest IDE Tau build. Following this link http://community.qnx.com/sf/wiki/do/viewPage/projects.ide
/wiki/Whats_New_IDE_Tau

You can download the Neutrino version. Save it in your Neutrino system and "unzip" it. The launch executable is "eclipse
/ide".

Please note that due to the implementation of the Neutrino Java VM, the IDE runs slower on Neutrino.

Please post any question if you have problem using the IDE on Neutrino.

Thanks.
RE: installing ide in neutrino
The IDE is already present in your current Neutrino installation, but you
can update it as Andy suggested with the latest version.

If you would like to do your development on Windows host and do not have
neither any target handy nor another PC to run Neutrino on its own partition
installation (and use it as x86 target), you can always use a virtual
installation of Neutrino under Windows (for example VMWare Server or VMWare
Workstation software would provide that ability).

Couple of VMWare hints in case you choose to proceed with VM session:
- make sure to specify "Typical" Virtual machine configuration when
selecting "New Virtual Machine"
- specify "Other" Guest operating system, version "Other" or "Other 64-bit"
- name your VM and point to a desired location (folder) on your Windows HD
where you want to place the machine (make sure that you have the necessary
disk space available - in the range of the default 8GB)
- edit the virtual machine settings in order to increase the VM memory to
minimum of 768MB if you are planning to start IDE within the VM session
(make sure you have at least 1.5GB physical RAM on the PC).
- start the newly created VM session after inserting the QNX Neutrino
install CD in your CD Drive and finalize the installation as you would do on
real partition.
