This is not the same as the one available in SDP7.0.  They both report 7.0.0.v201705161739 after doing a "Check For 
Update" many componenent are of different revision.

Project created in SDP7.0 might (at least that the case for me ) not work right when open with the IDE7.0 GA 03/24/2017 
available on Foundry.
