Hello

I am trying to use the following IDE update:

I took the zip file, extracted it to C:\QNX650\host\win32\x86\usr\qde\qde-5.0.

I setup the dropins folder to point to the docs.

I copied the jre directory from C:\QNX650\host\win32\x86\usr\qde\eclipse to  C:\QNX650\host\win32\x86\usr\qde\qde-5.0.  
I opened up a command shell and navigate to C:\QNX650\host\win32\x86\usr\qde\qde-5.0 and then run qde.  It launches fine
 and asks me to create an ide-5.0-workspace in my users directory.  I select that as my workspace, but when eclipse 
loads, I don't have access to any of the QNX plugins.  I can't open a QNX system builder perspective for example, or a 
QNX system profiler perspective.  It's like it did not load any of the plugins for QNX, but they are all there in the 
plugins directory.  

Did I miss a step somewhere?
