We typically build our code on a Linux machine and then use a Windows 7 box for debug with the QNX IDE. Ever since the 
upgrade to QNX 6.6, I have noticed that breakpoints on source lines in files that are not in the same directory as “
common.mk” no longer take effect (the small check mark underneath the dot of the breakpoint is missing). I know I have 
built with debug options since I can set breakpoints in the disassembly window, and upon halting at the breakpoints the 
correct source file is brought up in the IDE. At that point I can also step through the source lines in the function. I 
have also set up the “Path mapping” options in the same way as in SDP 6.5.0 to ensure the IDE can automatically bring 
up the right source files. The same executable can be debugged just fine on IDE 4.7 with no breakpoint issues. Any ideas
 what I need to change in order to set breakpoints?
