In your C:\Windows folder there is a file call "vpd.properties". Rename it or delete it, and run your installation again

Hi,

When I tried to install momentics for the first time, it got stuck in the middle and had to abort it from task manager. 
Later, I did uninstall it and have no traces of momentics on my system now. Now, when I try to re-install it, I get this
 msg. I tried everything possible - deleted all the traces, removed env variables and registry enries, restarted the 
system.

Please help.
