Can't install subversive plugin   
When trying to install the subversive plug-in under IDE 4.00 and Tau I get:

JDT Ignore Extensions (Optional) (1.0.5) requires plug-in "org.eclipse.jdt.core".

Suggestions?

Sounds like you are installing the optional part of the subversive
plugin that has a tighter binding with the Java development environment
which we don't provide.

Options include:
1) Don't install that component from subversive
2) Install the Java development tools

The side benefit of 2) is that you can start writing custom plugins 
and extending and enhancing your IDE experience ... it is like emacs
but without all of the pesky (((((

Almost, just have to figure out a way to do that without disrupting my current setup.

Unselect JDT Ignore Extension feature?
If you don't have JDT you probably don't need it...

When you install subversion plugin in update site you can pick
which features to install, so don't pick this feature... It should have a
checkbox near it. Or how are you trying to install it?
