Yes.  There's also a plugins folder under that, "C:\QNX650\target\qnx6\usr\help\eclipse\plugins" that contains 65 "com.
qnx.doc.*" files.  I peeked inside the *neutrino_lib_ref*\doc.zip file and saw lots of topic HTML files.

Yes, I can get the other docs with a brand new workspace.  I can also get the docs with the old workspace.  I guess this
 means the trouble is somewhere in the renamed "C:\Document and Settings\<my_login_id>\momentics\4.7"?

I restored the old  "C:\Document and Settings\<my_login_id>\momentics\4.7", restarted the IDE, picked a brand new 
workspace, and the problem returned.  I've attached the ".metadata\.log" file for this test.

However, unless you say otherwise, I'll continue working with the newly created "C:\Document and Settings\<my_login_id>\
momentics\4.7", and consider the issue closed.
