Extending Photon's language support

Hi,

A medical customer has a requirement for his device to support the following languages not currently listed in languages
.def:

Greek
Turkish
Lithuanian
Slovakian
Croatian
Czech
Bulgarian


Is is possible for an end customer to extend Photon's language support to add new languages?

They can just add the misisng languages into the languages.def. On the next start PhAB should recoginize that addition. 

If they use phlocale they will need to change /usr/photon/translations/uc_language_t file too.
