Just tried to capture the whole screen and save screen image to BMP file format. On devg-extreme2 image looks like alpha
 blended with dark rectangle. On devg-radeon I have just gray rectangle with dimensions of whole screen.

I could not reproduce this on my Radeon. 
What are the vid and did of your Radeon?
