While shutting down my QNX 6.4.0 box i am getting this error message,

PhEventPeek failed : No such process
PHEventPeek failed : Bad file descriptor

But photon is working fine in my system.This message appears randomly(not noticed during every shutdown).It should also 
be noted that the above messages correspond to errno's 3&9 respectively.

Execute errno 3,errno 9 in pterm to check the output

What was the root cause of this message ?
