I have a PtList widget that is large enough to show 5 rows without displaying the vertical scrollbar.

The issue comes up when I insert something that is too long for the PtList widget.  When both the vertical and the 
horizontal scrollbars are displayed, then the sixth insert does not show up in the PtList widget for the user to see.

When I insert the 7th item, or if I delete an item, then all of the items will be displayed.

If I change the horizontal scroll bar to Pt_LIST_HSCROLLBAR_NEVER, then this issue does not happen.
