Re: QNX 6.5 3dfx/Voodoo support?
While I'm at it, the Matrox G400 is listed as supported. On a clean install it kinda didn't quite work. I see the
graphic driver start up, a cursor appears for a second, and then back to text mode. If I start the OS without Photon
and start Photon manually I can exit this mode with CTRL-ALT Backspace, get back to text mode and try again.
The same hardware works fine in 6.3.2 so I'm wondering if either someone never tested this or if my hardware is just a
little too weird to function.

RE: QNX 6.5 3dfx/Voodoo support?
The driver source was posted on the F27 graphics project. If you can
get access (sorry don't know all the details off hand on this) then you
should be able to build one.

Subject: QNX 6.5 3dfx/Voodoo support?
I couldn't help notice that QNX seems to have dropped support for the
(old) 3dfx cards. I guess this is understandable given that the
company has been out of business a long time. On the other hand, the
acceleration of these cards was always reliable under Photon. They are
still plentiful (and cheap) on eBay.
I wouldn't even mention it but my main development system won't boot
with an ATI card, leaving me the unhappy option of buying a new
computer. :-).
Any chance the driver is around but just not released?
