Intel Mobile 4 Series, PCI DeviceID 2a42h

Is it possible to run the

2a42h,  Mobile 4 Series Chipset Integrated Graphics Controller

with 6.3.2? This designation rings a bell, isn't it the same or at least similar to what is in the Dell E5500? There is 
a patch for this available. Would it also work with this controller?

It's the same device ID as the chip in the Dell E5500 so there's a very
good chance it will work with the driver in the patch.
