GF documentation ( http://www.qnx.co.jp/developers/docs/6.4.0/gf/dev_guide/3d.html )  mentioning:

"Note that the GF 3D library must be able to target these surfaces. That is, the GF_SURFACE_3D_TARGETABLE flag must have
 been specified when they were created."

but as far as I understand flag GF_SURFACE_3D_TARGETABLE belongs to gf_surface_info_t and can be used while parsing this
 structure flag field only.

For creation I must to specify GF_SURFACE_CREATE_3D_ACCESSIBLE or not ?

Docs PR66790 filed on your behalf.  You are correct, it should read GF_SURFACE_3D_ACCESSIBLE.
