how to display mouse cursor under non gf frameworks (ex: screen / libscreen.so )

Hi all,

I am not sure where should I post this question.

Is there any simliar config file (such as /etc/system/config/display.conf, cursor=hardware)  for screen.so or screen 
process on QNX CAR 2 ROM to show the mouse cursor if I use USB mouse instead of touch panel?
