How to modify the background image path mentioned in wm.cfg
Hi,
We would like to display our own customized image as the startup background screen. We understood that the background
image path is taken from /$HOME/.ph/wm/wm.cfg file. [$HOME = /root]. The path mentioned in the /root/.ph/wm/wm.cfg file
is /usr/share/backdrops/1024x768/default.jpg.
We have our customized image in the /root/custom.jpg, so we modified the path mentioned in the /root/.ph/wm/wm.cfg file
as /root/custom.jpg and build the OS.
Ran the bkgdmgr application. But we are not getting the custom.jpg image displayed at the back ground as we expected.
When we looked at the path mentioned in the /root/.ph/wm/wm.cfg file, it was pointing to the old path [/usr/share/
backdrops/1024*768/default.jpg] itself.
As a next step, we also modified the path mentioned in /usr/qnx641/target/qnx6/usr/photon/config/wm/wm.cfg as /root/
custom.jpg. But again we didnt get the desired result. Still the path mentioned in the /root/.ph/wm/wm.cfg file was
pointing to the old path [/usr/share/backdrops/1024*768/default.jpg] itself.
Could you help us on where and which path needs to be modified before building the OS to display the customized image as
the startup background screen?
Thanks,
Logesh
