Hi,

An x86 customer has recently increased his (UCL compressed) image size to approx 3.8MB and is gettingthe following error
:

Hit Esc for .altboot..................................LAPIC id: 0000 LAPIC addr: 0x00000000fee00000

However, if he does not use compression his image size is approx 9.1MB and boots Ok.

Can we explain what the problem is with the compressed image?
