Hi,
I am trying to run io-pkt-v6-hc in a different core other than 0. When I run the "on -C0 io-pkt-v6-hc", all the threads 
run in Core 0. If I run in other core like "on -C1 io-pkt-v6-hc" still it runs in core 0.

But if I run with "on -R 2 io-pkt-v6-hc", it runs in core 1. So, with runmask argument to on command works with io-pkt-
v6-hc, but the -C option does not work. But if we run other processes with -C option it runs in the proper core as given
 by -C option. The issue we are just seeing with io-pkt-v6-hc process.

Please let us know the difference.
