How to create static memory under QNX

Hi QNX,


I want to understand how to create static memory under QNX?using smmu? static memory means that all memory allocations 
are done upfront and dynamic memory allocations during runtime are not allowed.

Under QNX, there is some similiar driver like cmem under linux?
