I have a Samsung USB printer which support USB 2.0 HIGH speed. The devu-prn driver is used to print a text. For some 
reason very often the printed text is corrupted and after that printer needs to to be re-powered.

Is there any way to reduce the speed of the port the printer is attached? Say that the usb attached device is 
dynamically detected and there is check for particular usb device (which is a printer) and the port speed is downgraded 
to SLOW.

Any advice very appreciated.
